Monaco Resort's self contained apartments and cottages are set in classic cottage gardens, with hanging baskets, climbing roses, individually planted window boxes and French doors opening to private courtyards or the Village Green or ambling stream.

John Cabot {408} Cottage is located among the group of Village Green apartments at the resort. It offers two upstairs bedrooms with ensuites. The kitchen and lounge are on the ground floor opening out to the Village Green and outdoor furniture. A great location in the evenings for kids to play and for an evening drink as the sun sets over the Nelson Ranges.

Facilities of the cottage include a living room with open beamed ceiling, lounge room, TV, DVD player, CD player, dining room, writing desk, sideboard and open gas fire, also a country-style kitchen with gas hob, microwave oven, dish drawer, refrigerator and washing machine. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with bedside cabinets, lamps, suitcase racks and hanging space. Sky TV, and Internet access.
